In case you didn’t have the opportunity to review the posting that we most recently published on this blog, its topic was the new 2017 Honda CR-V and, specifically, the changes to its exterior design compared to the 2016 CR-V model. There is another noteworthy discussion to have about the 2017 CR-V, however, and it concerns the family of trim levels that are available for this vehicle. In total, there are four CR-V trims, which include the LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring. Concerning the interior layouts of these vehicles, probably the most discernible difference is the seating materials. While the CR-V LX and EX both have high-quality cloth interior seats, the EX-L and Touring trims have leather-trimmed seating. Meanwhile, even though all four CR-V trim levels have the same front end design that we discussed in our previous blog post, there are a few variations in the exterior designs of these vehicles. Most notably, the CR-V LX has 17-inch alloy wheels with a flowing five-spoke design, while the other three trim levels, the EX, EX-L, and Touring, have a more high-tech-looking wheel design that complements the new front end design of the SUV very well.
