Subject: Great Experience at Fox!
My wife and I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey LX from Fox Honda. We live in Traverse City, MI, but were unable to find what we were looking for at our local dealership. We had an excellent experience with your sales team. We first were helped by Mark Oele over the phone, and later by Eric Horoky as we had further questions regarding the trade in value of our car. Eric and Mark were both great on the day of sale, even doing the small things, despite being busy, like getting our two children balloons. We feel all our dealings with Fox Honda were fair and honest, and the purchasing process was well organized. Todd from finance was also very helpful, both on the day of purchase and with follow-up, helping us to get a great rate on our loan. Lastly, we also appreciate Dan's assistance, driving all the way up to Traverse City, to help us complete the paperwork. Dan has a great personality, and he also went the extra mile, to make it a great experience. Looking back, I can definitely say that our recent experience at Fox Honda was better than any of my past experiences with car dealerships. We will be glad to recommend Fox Honda to others in the future.
