Today, a customer came in with complaint of a flapping noise from the front end of their Honda. Our advisor Ashley Kramer contacted our technician Wendel Haight a technician of 30 plus years acted swiftly and with precision. By applying his gloves to remove the wild foreign object from front of grill of vehicle. We are very pleased to say our new friend "Mallard" made it through his journey to Fox Honda and is now residing at the Wildlife Rehab Center here in Grand Rapids.
We received a call from the Wildlife Rehab Center this afternoon and the Mallard is doing well.
